Where do we store the databse locations:
- on a file in each place => makes it difficult to reallocate the database
- in the descriptor file for the network ? (there we can create it)
- when placing data in a specific zone must we know where that zone stores its data. This means that each zone has database associations with it in the central database.

Since a script normally involves more than 1 database we must be able to specify in each sql file which database we are refering to.
